Where to begin praising Dom and Michelle at Salisbury House.... From start to finish, the best service I have ever received!
I was recommended Salisbury Wealth by my brother and niece whom also had mortgages organised through them, and it was money well spent! In fact I think they under-charged for the support provided to me and my partner over a duration of 6 months. Dom was very friendly and explained everything in terms we understood, even supported us through queries probably not in his remit. Michelle, well, patience of a saint is an understatement. Our Estate Agent and Solicitors were next to useless but Michelle chased Solicitors weekly providing us with updates each time, even when there were none, which is more than what could be said of our Solicitors. They had our back throughout many a tough times during the 6 months leading up to final exchange. Me and my partner both felt very supported throughout the process, they were all super friendly and honestly I just could not sing there praises highly enough! Sadly I won't be moving again any time soon but I would definitely use these guys again. My partner is now speaking to them regards pensions. Thanks guys, just amazing, couldn't have got it over the line without you both! Boss... Give these guys a pay rise!
