When I first met with Sally I was completely overwhelmed by my negative thoughts, depression and anxiety. I felt broken and ashamed that I could no longer cope with life’s ups and downs and I regarded therapy as a sign of failure.
With Sally’s help I now realise that my childhood and previous traumas have influenced my life now. My family let me down, I didn’t fail them.
Sally has taught me that it is possible to change my thought processes. I now have a more positive outlook on life and feel better equipped to handle whatever life throws at me. I feel stronger and more in control. My self confidence and the way I feel about myself is improving too. I also sleep better (thanks to the breathing exercises and Sally’s recordings).
