Used as my conveyancer for my property purchase. They got the job done and the quality of work was good and thorough. However their communication was poor. It was often difficult to get through to them with any questions and as a first time buyer I felt a bit lost which delayed the process.

I had a very disappointing experience with Sanders Witherspoon LLP regarding my motoring claim. They promised support but failed to provide any services, including a courtesy car or access to necessary medical treatment like GP visits and physiotherapy sessions. This lack of care has significantly impacted my life.
Unfortunately I cannot recommend this firm based on my experience.

The family law side of the business I found fairly woeful from when I first engaged with them. After my free 30 min consultation I engaged their services but never got responses to my emails. After calling I finally got a response that my e-mails had gone into their junk folder. I persevered but found that I was always chasing, having to correct badly spelt or grammar mistakes in letters, one letter went back from me 5 times before it was correct... and these were letters going to the other solicitor. It was poor but I had got this far so I carried on. What frustrated me most in the end were the charges, I won't go into detail but they were grossly unfair for the work involved in a simply reply of "thanks" to an email I may have sent in. When questioned and asked to speak to the practice director I had to leave a couple of messages before I had the courtesy of a reply. All in all I felt the company seriously lacked customer focus, didn't respond quickly or sometimes at all and for the money they charge its really not good enough. I would suggest anyone using them has a very clear understanding of the charges up front before engaging their services.

After weeks of nothing but grief I was able to find a solicitor that was able to fix my problem!
The staff is very friendly and welcoming. After explaing my problems, Stephen had them sorted in no time. Finally able to get on.

I then left messages in the office on a few occasions and emailed 7 times over 7 weeks to multiple staff members, asking for an update with not even reply. Just completely wasted my time
