I purchased a CCTV camera from this seller, but when I tried to return it (completely unopened and still sealed), they refused to issue a refund. Their reason? They claimed the serial number didn’t match what they had sold – which is ridiculous, since the box wasn’t even opened. It honestly feels like a tactic to avoid accepting returns. I followed all return guidelines and still got denied. Extremely disappointing experience. I won’t be buying from them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

I would have given them a lower than a 1 star if I had a choice. Never ever buy cameras from here. They have no clue what they're selling to be honest. They won't give you what you are actually looking for. The worse service they provide and the cameras. Do not do not go..

Shockingly poor !!!!!!!! Rang these amateurs to check their closing times and to check if they had the item in stock that i wanted ,i was assured that it was !!!!!!!!!!!!! So after a 15 mile journey into Leicester !!!!!! They said oh sorry we made a mistake ! Do not make the mistake i made trusting these Amateurs 0/10 and then some !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just popped in to see these guys for the first time. All though thay didn't have what I needed the guy at the the counter was brilliant. Friendly and so helpful and even got up what I needed on his screen.10 out 10 will definitely be going back as I need a full system

Excellent place to shop ,great value and super quality products. Trade counter staff are very knowledgeable,polite and a great laugh. I bought £2000 worth of goods and am very pleased. Would recommend to anyone .

Shame managment are ruled by sales. Made a deal with manager to walk in shop and order £1800 worth of cctv to de told we no longer get the prices we agreed on. Ifsec on the way new wholesaler me thinks shame the wholesalers dont value 25-40k a year
