Well, my adventure started a few weeks ago when I called into S&P. I knew exactly what I wanted my ring to look like and although they were quite nervous about the design at first, I’d said let’s just go for it and left it to the experts. After a few chats my ring was cast. My ring is a one off and bespoke for me. Thanks to Rob who made it amazing.
I collected my absolutely gorgeous rose gold ring in 18c gold on Saturday and the staff were amazing.
It’s my forever together ring from my partner and I love it 🥰

Excellent jewellery shop with outstanding service and people. I had several custom pieces made there and always feel valued and appreciated, regardless of the item’s price. A very pleasant experience. Popped in yesterday to get some ideas for Christmas and the staff were very helpful and kind. Absolutely stunning jewellery. I have now made my list with photos as suggested by the staff member to pass on to my husband 😊 thank you again Saunders and Pughe for being extremely helpful and welcoming.

I don’t think I’ve ever been more impressed with the staff at any jewellers than I was at Saunders and Pughe. From the moment my wife and I entered the shop we were greeted with a warm smile and allowed to peruse the fine hand made jewellery at our leisure. Both Marianne and Robert (the proprietors) we’re full of information and details of all the items we looked at and we were made to feel so special we eventually left the shop having spent over £2k! She now has a sparkling bracelet and I have a sparkling wife. Thank you S&P.

I just wanted to thank you for two of my most treasured pieces of jewellery. Seven years ago you took a stone from my late Dad’s ring and set it into a bangle; a beautiful piece that I wear constantly. More recently I came in with Mike to have a ring made, and your patience and professionalism was outstanding, as I had a particular vision for my ring and you brought it to life beautifully. I recently called in the hope that 2 rings could be altered a few jewellers had already told me no due to the intricate design and pearl settings however the service I received was superb and the rings were expertly resized at an extremely reasonable price
I would highly recommend to anyone looking for good old fashioned service and jewellery not readily available elsewhere I will certainly return for future purchases

You are assured of a warm welcome by all the staff here. Marianne and Robert were lovely throughout all our wedding purchases- sourcing beautiful diamonds and matching wedding bands. Not only is the cost is competitive but the service and experience is very personal. There is a wide selection of jewellery and accessories on site so we also bought cufflinks for the day and will probably be returning for more purchases in the future.

I had a very delicate pendent that needed repair; S&P did a highly skilled job at mending my precious pendant and advising me on how best to look after it in future. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The staff are also wonderful - friendly and helpful.
