We recently completed a purchase of our new house with Sawdye and Harris. Buying a new house certainly isn’t always the smoothest of processes but Sara Phillis certainly made it easier and helped to iron out the bumps. Sara was always on hand for me to query any issues I had with how our purchase was going and offered really helpful information at points where we were perhaps getting a little lost.

Our lovely property Aller Farm in North Bovey is currently listed for sale with Sawdey and Harris, estate agents in Devon. So far we are extremely pleased with the service we have had. The two agents Katie(agency owner) and Sara took the photos, designed the brochure and made a walk-though video. The quality of all of their work is to a high standard. Excellent photos, video and brochure. Communications are good and it appears that they are going out of their way to sell our lovely farm quickly and with the least amount of hassle. More later when they have sold Aller Farm for us. But in the mean time we can highly recommend these two enthusiastic ladies who are fun to work with.
