Excellent service
Second time around with Scott Richards.
I was fortunate to have Alice this time, easygoing personality, professional approach and very capable.
It was a difficult period for me,but Alice was understanding, accommodating with my preferences for appointments and often ahead with matters before I even approach the particular issues.

Edit: Check Hannah's records.Since selling my business with yourselves I don't have access to any of our communication now. Your final invoice was over 3x the original quote and your services were poor. Even the buyers solicitors were disappointed. We never did receive our documents back after the sale did take place.
