Really welcoming, particularly the receptionist, she was really helpful and cheerful. Kathryn was also friendly & helpful throughout and kept me fully updated with the progress of my application. The only thing I would say is that I would have liked to hear about other potential opportunities as I was only presented with the one opportunity in a few weeks. The end result was a positive one though and the Kathryn sent a card wishing me all the best which was a nice touch.

Really unprofessional service from Kathryn in keeping me updated with an application back in October 2017. I went to a different agency in the end who did get me back into work. I then received a generic email from Kathryn yesterday about a sales role I hadn't applied for.

Then bizarrely, a call from Ellie (who I have never met) who claimed I had been dealing with a Nina (also who I have never met) about an interview with a sales company today. Goodness knows who this interview was actually for and how my number was replaced!

I was also dealing with an advisor (Rachel) who has a start date for a job on Monday, but for whatever reason doesn't want to place people and going back and forward on emails rather than have me fill out forms in the office and get interviews sorted etc. I'm failing to see any exceptional service from this recruitment agency, but an awful lot of dithering and cold calling/messaging.
