I was approached by Searley Owen for a role. The way the approach was made was fantastic, they explained the role and the employer well. Within 2 days they had organised a Teams interview and less than one week later the face to face second interview.

They were supportive all the way through the process and are by far the most proactive and helpful recruiters I have dealt with in my career.

I have accepted the new role and they have taken the time to check in several times since to make sure everything is going to plan.

If only all recruiters were as good as them.
