Job centre sent me there as apparently it's "mandatory "!! Had one appointment with seetec and then I closed my UC claim. I no longer have any obligation to engage with Seetec and told them so, yet they keep sending me sms that they have booked me appointments! I no longer attend any of them! My phone wouldn't even let me block their number!!! This is harassment I am now considering changing my phone number so I no longer have to endure this !

I have a job and have had a job for a few months yet they insist I have to keep doing the appointments to try and find me work.
Not only that but you have to turn up on time to your appointments yet they are 30-50 minutes late for appointments…I do have other things to do like my job.
All I get is “sorry for the wait” like seriously

Not very helpful, never listen to anyone never answer the phone when you try and ring them full of promises but never actually help you. They have no idea about Mental Health and they stop your money if you do not attend appointments. Childish and a waste of time. Avoid this place
