Following a quick referral and assessment process, I worked with Sarah for 12 months. Sarah was very warm and welcoming. She made it easy for me to discuss difficult experiences and complex feelings. She listened attentively and encouraged me to revisit painful memories in a safe environment. At times, she challenged me, but always provided supportive guidance. l have had sessions with Carly for 7 months and I couldn’t recommend her enough. She has helped me with my anxiety and with changing my mindset so much. It felt so easy to speak to her and she made me feel so comfortable during the sessions. I genuinely believe I wouldn’t be where I am now as a person without her so I most definitely recommend Self Horizons.
