The SEND Support Services team are an amazing bunch of people and I feel very fortunate to have found them to support us and our daughter while we go through an appeal tribunal and several complaints against the local authority. The booking process is very easy and all costs are transparent from the start and very reasonable. We've been through an appeal before with another advocate so I can compare the two and I can say hands down, it's been so much less stressful this time with the level of organisation of SEND support services. Laura and Kate are so knowledgeable about the law regarding SEND and have a wealth of their own experiences and Jackie is probably the most organised person I know! They're a very empathic bunch who have put up with me crying, laughing and blowing my top in frustration. Absolutely will not be using any other advocacy service in what I expect will be further battles to secure my daughter what she needs.
