Seriun have been providing our IT support since May 2018 and are incredibly professional, supportive and knowledgeable team.

In the first half of 2023 we upgraded our IT network/systems with a full refresh of our hardware including all servers, PCs and laptops plus the majority of our business software. With no in-house IT support within our business, we consider Seriun very much our IT department. Throughout the project they took the lead with the planning for us both internally and with our external software providers. Without doubt, the success of this project is due the level of expertise within the Seriun team and we are forever grateful to have them onboard with us.

From the moment you start working with Seriun, it is evident that they invest in the training of their team and, as well as knowing their "IT stuff", they are also able to explain it in a non-techy, easy to understand way to our team. This is invaluable to us due the mix of IT users we have within the business.

Seriun have become our entire IT department! They dig us (me!) out of many a scrape and always seem to make it look easy! I cannot recommend them highly enough for network support, software development and all their other supplemental services. They are always responsive and able in our times of need. I know the rest of the Bright Direction Training team would would not be happy if i were to even consider an alternative supplier. Incredible value for money. Long may it continue.
