I was recently having to move house quite urgently and I told SE about this when I first contacted them. They were confident, however, that they would be able to do all the necessary legal work within quite a tight time frame. In fact, they were able to complete the process a week sooner than their original target date.
All of that could have been very stressful for me but the opposite was the case. All of the phone conversations I had with them were very friendly but always very professional. I was kept informed of progress all the way through and when I was required to fill documents in and return them, it was clear that the returned documents were being dealt with promptly.
