Most training courses have you snoring within an hour. Not this one! Extremely informative, not treated like children or patronised. Paul was an absolute joy. Definitely training on another level, cannot recommend highly enough!

I have recently undertaken 2 courses with SHN Training and have found them both to be very informative and enjoyable. The right mix of theory and practical in a comfortable setting. Actually found that i really enjoyed the practical elements of the training (something i usually dread!). Paul is very knowledgeable and very easy to listen too. Would 100% recommend.

Living with autism i have always struggled to stay focused on training courses unless specific to my field of interest. Having now been on a number of courses through SHN i have to mention that Paul has a great way of delivering to his audience and makes learning engaging and informative.

If you want a trainer that is willing, and able, to design a training course specific to your business this is definitely the firm to use. Paul gets those attending totally involved. He is not afraid to say I don't know but I will find out and come the next day with the answer (for courses longer than a day) or email to everyone on the course if it is a one day course. Having now branched into fire risk assessments, using an accredited risk assessor, the company can only go from strength to strengh.

I've used this amazing service for first aid certification after it came highly recommend by a friend. I never leave reviews but was genuinely impressed by how much they were able to teach me and how much confidence I have to use what I've been taught. As a personal trainer I need to have this knowledge and it's come in useful several times since. So so so glad I used his company. Great facilities and great trainers. Will use again for recert

I was very anxious about taking part in the course, due to Covid-19. I shared this with Paul at the start of the session and he explained what measures had been taken to protect us. We were each provided with wipes, hand gel, gloves, masks etc. Paul wore PPE when working close to us. He gave us opportunities to share any worries we had during the sessions. I felt less anxious and enjoyed taking part in the course. Thank you Paul.
