As a Counsellor with nearly 20 years of experience, I have experienced a variety of settings where I’ve had to work with clients. This clinic is by far the best rooms I’ve seen. They all have large windows so the rooms are bright, and furnished beautifully for a therapeutic relationship to grow.

It’s very easy to book sessions in, the team who run the clinic are amazing. So friendly and very efficient. Rooms are always clean and tidy, and we sign in so we know who is in the rooms. This helps to keep the space safe and confidential.

The facilities at Silver Street provide me with a safe and confidential environment to support the individuals that I work with. The atmosphere is always comfortable and I appreciate the flexible booking system which enables easy clear access to rooms and times that meet mine and the clients needs. There are a range of different layouts to the rooms which has assisted me to work with a larger number of people.
Beth and Helen actively work to ensure clinicians are supported and to keep costs realistic. The contractual work is professionaly managed and all aspects are clear and issues resolved promptly. As there are a number of different professionals working at the clinic, support and assistance is generally available when help or advice is needed. The relaxed, friendly and professional atmosphere created by Beth and Helen at the clinic make for a good healthy working environment for health professionals undertaking often highly emotional work.

The venue has a lot of character with lovely spacious, bright rooms distributed over it's two floors. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped, the atmosphere is warm, welcoming and it is a safe & confidential environment where clients feel able to work through life's struggles.

I have thoroughly enjoyed working as a hypnotherapist at the Silver Street Clinic rooms, and was warmly welcomed by Beth and Helen. The clinic is in a lovely location on Maldon high street and the rooms are comfortably furnished. The team are friendly and booking rooms via the online booking system is incredibly easy and efficient. The only improvement I can think of would be to have a waiting room for patients / their family to wait in before / during appointments. But overall a lovely place to work and see clients, I highly recommend it.

I have used the service individually as has my son, both with positive experiences. My partner and I have also taken part in group practices via the clinic such as yoga and meditation, which have also proven to be positive and enjoyable. Very well worth it.
