Wonderful to find a financial institution, with local branches and real people who are pleasant, prompt and knowledgeable. Especially thank you to Kevin who advised and opened our accounts for us going the extra mile to ensure we had the most effective account for our needs. Also to Susan who was my first point of contact. The approach was so different to the two other building societies I had visited that day and the one we wanted to transfer out of. So glad I have found you.

The receptionist ( black hair and glasses ) unfortunately I never got her name. Give this lady a pay rise...Very rare you see impeccable customer service from staff nowadays but this is what I got.

Hope she gets the credit she deserves.

What a refreshing change from the big banks and building societies. A smiling face to meet you , smart and happy staff who know what they are doing. Polar opposite's to their neighbours!!! I closed my account with the big one and went next door . I wish they were a bank and I'd do the same .
