I have just moved into The Willows, Silsden. The location is fabulous. The customer service and support with the move into my new house has been 1st class and of course the build is outstanding. The little extras you get with a Skipton Properties build makes it easy to move in and get going straight away. There were only a few very minor snags but the excellent customer care service meant they were sorted within 24 hours. Iam looking forward to many happy years in my Skipton Properties house. Moving district was a considerable change for us as a family but, we have no retreats whatsoever!, Chris, myself (Jo), (two boys) Callum and Harry.

Coming to live at Ebor has transformed our lifestyle without a doubt, it is a different way of living. We feel proud to call this our home and the top quality features it brings with it! Open plan living is a very sociable way of sharing the ground floor space to which as a family do like to speak eye to eye not shouting through walls and doors. Moving here has given us the opportunity to rethink our decorative style and push the boundaries with flamboyant colours that complement to white high rise walls to each room it has reborn our desire to take risks, push the limits but mostly enjoy the end product that is our beautiful home.

What has made this life so much richer is having really lovely caring neighbours this is a small hamlet community down here in the valley and with the support of on-site tradesmen helping out with any problem or query has made it just more enjoyable, right down to drilling holes into my planters to offload a heavy amount of water depending my plants to a smiley welcome and greeting!

We cannot speak highly enough of Skipton Properties quality build I/We for sure will be staying for many years to come!

We moved into our new Skipton Properties home in August and the house instantly felt like home. Skipton Properties have gone above and beyond to make the process as simple and enjoyable as possible. The house is built to perfection and the craftsmanship inside is exceptional. All the materials, fittings and fixtures are the best quality. The house is bright, warm and quiet thanks to the beautiful windows, excellent insulation and well thought out site plan. We are very grateful to everyone involved especially the sales team who couldn't do enough to make our home perfect. I am confident we will live here for the rest of our lives. We bought out first home at The Alders with Skipton Properties, and overall, it has been a brilliant experience. Whilst we had some small snags these were promptly resolved by the site team without much drama, and the house build quality is excellent. I must also say that Karen Douglas is a credit to Skipton Properties' sales team, having gone the extra mile to make sure that the sales process was as smooth as possible, and has always been happy to keep us updated on the build progress for the site.

The sales advisor Karen was fantastic during the sales process and we love the property. Unfortunately, the promise of dealing with snagging issues was very disappointing. We have been left with ugly paint on the outside of beautiful, expensive windows which is hi-lighted every time the sun shines through them. We can't get to the paint to remove it as it would be highly dangerous but that is probably what I will have to do somehow. In the information we received from Skipton Properties, it said 2 years for snagging issues such as painting. Despite several conversations with customer services, we were told it was too late after we had moved in. It was, in actual fact, only 4 months. We eventually gave up after several weeks of dialogue and feel that Skipton should have made sure they took care of this beautiful grade 2 listed building - and us.

We purchased a Foster house-type on the Bolton Gardens development and I have to say we’re absolutely delighted with it. Skipton Properties were great throughout, and they’ve really thought about those extra touches which make the development stand out. Build quality, fixtures and fittings, and finishing trades were all excellent. Customer Care team have also handled any minor issues we’ve had promptly.
