I’m currently a member of Caroline’s group in Sutton, in the Royal Legion on a Tuesday at 5.30pm.
I’m on the social team in both groups.
Caroline guides and inspires the members in both groups.
Haddenham is fairly new group but the members are having great success under the watchful eye of Caroline.
Myself have lost almost 7and 1/2 stone in our group.
Caroline herself has been on the weigh loss journey and still is.
So Caroline and her team will understand.
We welcome anyone with open arms and are one big family.
Joining Haddenham group,you will be greeted with professionalism, kind, caring and understanding Consultant and team.
So come along,highly recommended I love both groups for the people and there passion to help others, especially Caroline.

I love this new group. Everyone is very friendly and are now getting to know each other. New members are always welcome and made to feel part of the group. Caroline, the consultant, is very supportive and is helping us all towards our goal.
