I have used SMR for my last 2 property moves. First time i used Kelly Mitchel and she was amazing and this time i have just used Emma Kelly and she was fantastic, managed to get my purchase through quickly before the stamp duty increase, always responded immediately and was extremely thorough and helpful.

Absolutely fantastic service provided by Kelly Mitchell and the conveyancing team at SMR Bognor Regis. From start to finish of a property sale and purchase, could not have been in better hands. Kelly’s knowledgable, approachable style made the whole process far less stressful than it might otherwise have been. Despite numerous bumps in the road (caused by issues further down the chain), Kelly always had a plan, and with the support of Pam and Kim, nothing seemed too much trouble. Kelly excels at communication, it was very reassuring to know that she was only ever a phone call away to help explain what became an at times complicated process. She is very quick to return calls, and prompt with emails. Having a conveyancer who I was able to discuss issues with throughout made the process so much easier. I would highly recommend Kelly and the SMR Bognor Regis team to anyone looking to buy or sell property, and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again should it ever be required. Thank you again to Kelly, Pam and Kim for all your hard work, without a doubt you are the best in the business!

My experience in communicating, or discussing various subjects with Solicitors is very, very limited.
With that in mind, my experience with SMR Solicitors, Bognor Regis, was very helpful, provided me with the information I required, and allowed me to make an informed decision.
Therefore the visit, and consequently the final results of my discussions with SMR Solicitors, allowed me to fulfill my objective.
Taking into account my limited experience, an excellent service, great staff, fully recommended 👍.

I contacted this company to write a simple seperation agreement regarding the net profit received from a house sale. I was asked numerous times if I wanted to include any details of contents of the house, splitting of the joint bank account etc to which I sajd no, I simply wanted the percentage of the net profit detailed. However after receiving the first draft many many details were included which had not been agreed or discussed with myself. Time scales, who was keeping what, agreeing that I would take sole charge of the sale, none of this had been discussed with me. I contacted the company and told them as the lagreement was not at all as discussed I no longer wanted to go ahead.
I received no reply but received a £540 bill for an over complicated agreement that was not at all what I asked for and of no use to me at all.
This company should be absolutely ashamed of taking advantage.of people in an already stressful time.
