One of my workers living in a property managed by Soane has been without hot water for 7 weeks and despite numerous assurances that they will fix the situation my man is still without hot water. 7 Weeks without a hot shower!
Issue started on 20/12/2024 - today is 31/01/2025

So glad I chose a Pink Street to sell my house!! Kerry was so enthusiastic and the photos were great (I almost wanted to buy it myself!!) Had an offer on day one and actually sold the house within 2 days of putting it on the market. There are lots of other properties in the area that have been for sale for ages with other agents.
Kerry was great throughout the process, staying on top of where things were and keeping me updated. Would definitely recommend! Photo of my empty house just as I was leaving!!
