Attended the conflict coaching workshop with the Solutions Talk. Was an amazing training with lots of great learning. Participated as the client during the conflict coaching training and I could really experience the perspective shift with wonderful solution focused questions.

I enjoy the roleplays, and sharing of information from delegates and from Laura and Julie.

A possible area of consideration is to increase mock demonstration video on how conflict coaching can be used.

I realised that conflict coaching can be used in any situation to empower the person in conflict to make their life better.

I enjoyed the training which was well presented and organised throughout. All forms and booklets were given in enough time before the training to allow for preparation. Both trainers were interactive throughout and explained everything well and encouraged people to interact and ask questions. Would have liked more knowledge/training on other areas of mediation mentioned in the booklets (commercial/work based etc) which would be longer training. Also, an in-person option would be nice though this is an effect of the pandemic. Those are the reasons I scored lower on length and venue.
Overall, very good and would be willing and will look for more training by the providers. Thanks again Laura and Julie you were great and very supportive throughout.

These 3 sessions were some of the most meaningful, helpful and empowering hours in a long, long time. I mean apart from the professionalism, reliability and effectiveness from Julie, the openness, humour, listening and expressions of understanding were second to none. I’ve had life coaching in the past, both times had a huge positive impact, these sessions were amazing too. Considering done over the phone, just Thankful.

Laura and Julie worked excellently as a team to deliver the Interpersonal Mediation Skills Course and really made me feel welcome and engaged the whole way through the training. Their approach to interactive team work and provoking thought and commentary among the trainees was excellent. I really enjoyed the course and I feel very lucky to have taken part in it and have learned as much as I did over the sessions.

The training was really good given the current circumstances. Offered a lot of new information, and was a great introduction into mediation training. Looking forward to utilizing these skills in the future and hope to expand on the further.
