Enjoyed a lovely morning of relaxation, sauna & meditation (+tea & cake!), in a beautiful, secluded, woodland location.
We were warmly welcome by our hostess, the delightful Sophie, who offered brief tarot readings for the whole group, followed by a very 'zen' Yoga Nidra meditation. A beautiful way to spend a morning

I made a commitment to myself 2024 i need more me time
Monday evenings for 1 hour with sophie and other ladies is my time ti switch off, relax, to be calm and present
I loom forward to the class and even managed to get my mum to come with me, weekly.
Its such a peacful time and an introduction to mindfulness.
The environment is spacious, everything in provided and all done by sophie who is lovely and always smiling.
We are booking our retreat days time out from our every day hussle and bussle.

My New Year’s resolution was to begin meditation. Luckily, Sophie from the Zen Room started evening sessions which really suited me.
The guided breathing and the focus on relaxing all the limbs was lovely - bringing such calmness to my body and mind.
