We recently moved near this branch of Sound Advice. Originally we used the excellent Kings Lynn branch for many years. We were very pleased with our recent visits to this branch which offered a friendly helpful skilful supportive service. My wife and I both are in our late seventies early eighties and have hearing problems. Highly recommend this company and its staff.

I got fed up of having to arrange an appointment with a national company and invariably the own brand of hearing recommended, the aids needed to be sent away for repair or renewal under the contract. During that period of 10 - 14 days needed to use my old units now over 8 years old.
Now I have switched to a private company and I get a quick appointment with the same audiologist. Friendly and professional service so relieved and no stress.
