Not a great experience with this company, called for advice, they were very obstructive, only have trained mediators on certain days and times, also even when you pay your initial fee, you have to then pay another 30 for a signed form if your mediation isn't Successful!?!? I spoke with the mediation board and they say this isn't normal practice

Literally do nothing other than act as a go between with no guidance/advice or assessment of the facts.

Doesn’t even ensure that all paperwork/information is disclosed by the other party!
