The man I spoke to listened, was patient and helpful. I was given advice on how to precede, and told I could call them again should I need to. I called again when it looked like things were not going quite as hoped and again patiently given good advice. My problem is now sorted thankfully. Speaking to those at Citizens Advice helped me out of a stressful situation which could have become worse
