I have been seeing Marsha every week for counselling since Oct 2019 and I could not recommend her enough. Since the start she has been very easy to open up to and has helped me tremendously with my anxiety, depression and issues in my life as a whole. During lockdown she was available for Skype sessions which kept me going as depression and anxieties over work kicked in.I always feel very safe and comfortable durning our sessions, knowing that anything said is kept in confidence. Having our weekly sessions has allowed me to open up, giving me the confidence I need to face any situation in life dead on. Marsha is my saving grace. She has provided me with counciling for nearly a year now. I had previously tried to get help with my anxiety, depression and PTSD from the NHS however it never worked. I've struggled with bereavement, addiction, PTSD, depression and anxiety for some time. Marsha and I have a great working relationship, she is always there when I need her at times where it may be dark and she always helps me to see and work towards the light at the end of the tunnel. It is because of her that I understand my triggers, how to deal with them and also understand my self better. She has helped me with my emotions and has managed to get me back into work and enjoy life, without her I'd be a different person. Thankyou for everything you do.
