Terrible company I worked for them for a year, zero contract hours but that was fine. It was in a school South dartmoor college so during the summer holidays it was closed and I didn't get paid which again I knew would happen. Happy to be returning on the 3rd of September 2024 they emailed me on the 30th of August saying don't need you anymore sorry for the short notice. To make it worse I since found out they gave my position to a fellow member of staff on the 20th of July so left me not looking for alternative work and without a wage for 6 weeks. The lady got my position because she has a contract not for any other reason. They are6a disgusting company avoid at all costs

terrible management I have reported a bunch of things to do with health and safety but nothing has been done and its still a risk the management seem very disconnected with the staff
