My relationship with Sowerbys has been as, “the purchaser”.
Emma Rose, has been the estate agent involved with this transaction…..and many thanks to her.
From my “first viewing” to “exchange”, (and no doubt until and beyond “completion”), Emma, I feel, has represented her client, the vendor, and their interests accurately and diplomatically, while, at the same time, remaining amiable, calm and supportive to me.
-So good to know if you are the seller.-
They say it as it is.
I, as the purchaser, felt the asking price was accurate, consequently I didn’t feel inclined to barter. A difficult valuation, perhaps, that required an empathy with the location and quality of the property, which is not “run of the mill”, all of this made clear by the accuracy and clarity of the “property brochure”.
Emma and her colleagues at Sowerbys kept me updated of the situation of the sale and progress of my purchase. She maintained regular contact with me regarding the questions I had and advised me of the pragmatic realities of the process of purchasing my new home, liaising swiftly between myself and the vendor.
-In short I would say that Emma Rose and her colleagues at Sowerbys “pushed” for their client…but were not “pushy” to me, the purchaser.

After our experience with Sowerbys in Norwich we can rate them as 5*plus. Emma worked tirelessly to get our sale over the line despite it being a complicated sale. I was regularly updated throughout the sale process with updates from the purchaser, two solicitors and the agents for our purchase. I could not ask for more. Emma has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process of buying our property. I am naturally anxious—perhaps even a little high-maintenance as a result—but Emma always had all the time in the world for me. She made me feel like I was her only client.

I have just exchanged contracts on my new home with completion in a couple of days. It has been a long and bumpy road since Dawn was so kind and knowledgeable showing me the property back in August and then Sally helped me negotiate the deal in a sensitive and caring fashion.
