had an appointment, I was waiting for the doctor to call me to be seen, he left without my attention. Reception staff totally disqualified to work in a Hospital. And now I will have to wait for more than a week to reschedule or have all the work to reimburse me that obviously do not make it easier to return the money. PRIVATE HEALTH TERRIBLE!!!

I recently booked into physio with Josh following on from a bulging disc in my lumbar spine. I couldn’t thank him enough, he was fantastic at putting me at ease and being so patient with me throughout the whole process. The sessions were so informative and he really cared about my progress. I have now been discharged and the exercises he has gave me has given me the confidence to get back to my normal activities. I also would like to thank Laura, Angela and Jo on the Physio reception for being so kind and caring towards me during the check in process, they are a credit to Spire Hospital.

Had my first surgery yesterday and obviously I was extremely nervous but the staff in the LakeView ward made me feel very safe and were all so lovely. They checked on me regularly and kept me up to date with all the information I needed regarding my surgery and recovery. They didn't rush me out the door after my surgery either which was nice. They truly care and I hope if I'm ever in need of anything again I'll be referred here. Thanks for everything:)

Very disappointed by my experience. I arrived on time for my surgery and saw the doctor, only to wait over 7 hours for it to happen. There was no communication about the delay. Totally unacceptable when you’re paying privately. The positives are that the anaesthetist was excellent and most of the nurses/healthcare assistants were friendly and helpful, but I will not be recommending Spire Liverpool.

I have been attending physio at Spire Liverpool after shoulder surgery in April 24. I cannot praise the staff at the hospital enough for their kindness, support & encouragement. A special thanks to my physio Josh who has helped me so much with his expertise, positive encouragement & lovely friendly manner. I would highly recommend this hospital. I would also like to thank Mr Yin my consultant who has been so kind through out.

Underwent recent Carpel Tunnel surgery and received top class service from start to finish from all at Spire Liverpool. I was assisted throughout the process with regards to my mobility issues and the actual surgery went really well. All staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Suzanne, Gabrielle, Rachel, Anna, John and Wayne the Porter, along with Mr Cheung! Well done to all!

I was admitted for knee surgery last Thursday and have to say that the whole experience was beyond anything I could have hoped for. Everything was explained to me and my worries were listened to and dealt with professionally and with care and compassion. My surgeon, Mr. Santini, is just amazing but EVERYBODY was incredible, from the silly Mr. Magoo references in pre op, to happy, singing porters it was an amazing experience. I have saved special mention for two fantastic nurses who looked after me. Laura and Molly are just the epitome of what a good nurse should be. A lot of people seem to go to work, do their job and can't wait to get home. Not these two! I genuinely felt that they enjoy their work, nothing is too much trouble and they are an absolute credit to The Spire. Thank you to everybody. Mark, Room 21

As far as needing surgery goes, I had the most fantastic experience at Spire. I expected things to be quite daunting being a first-tine private patient but admin staff communicated regularly with me and I received info and instructions in a timely fashion, everything was organised perfectly so I felt that I was expected and that people were ready and waiting for my arrival. I felt like a VIP for the day! My room was clean and well equipped with a lovely view, and I can't thank the staff enough for the care I received during my short stay. Admin staff, nursing staff, anaesthetists, theatre staff, recovery staff, pharmacist, and my consultant Mr Drakeley all did what they were supposed to do and excelled themselves. I'm really glad I came here for my surgery as I was treated so wonderfully. 5 stars, well deserved
