Called and without explaining anything, i was told by the receptionist "we are very busy, so don't know when anyone will get back to you".. I had to drag the information out of her re the name of person I need to speak to, etc.

Then when I did research the email address of that person, I emailed and got this very blunt email back. I had to then ask to at least be forwarded to a colleague who can help - nope..

Don't waste your time with something so serious and vital. Be a priority to a company, rather than an inconvenience when they're busy.

I've used Spire Solicitors for a number of years and on this occasion I worked with Jasmine. It wasn't the easiest of transactions due to the buyer of the property changing half way but Jasmine kept me constantly updated and would always respond quickly to any questions I had. She was also willing to chase the buyers solicitors when things went quiet. We've now completed and I glad I had Jasmine on my side. Will continue my long working relationship with Spires.
