I needed help returning a parcel, and Karen at the post office, was nothing more than helpful. She couldn't help enough, and was so nice and polite and didn't make me feel silly. I would definitely recommend to people, and I will definitely go there the future. Thank you.

Staff were soooo rude and were more interested in chatting to the local people than actually helping someone who needed to post something. I went to another post office and within 1 minute I was sorted!!!

I had a query about a delivery, and while it wasn't an issue caused by the Staveley Post Office,

I was incredibly impressed with their service. The staff were very positive and confident, which left me feeling assured that the Post Office has very competent people working for them.

However, it saddens me to see the state of the building's infrastructure, which seems neglected with no funds for upgrades. Additionally, the limited two-hour opening time is disappointing.

It's especially frustrating considering that the UK is the 5th richest country in the world, and it appears that the funds are being mismanaged.

Not enough is being spent on the actual staff who are doing the hard work.

This place needs new staff, doesn’t open till 9:07 when there’s a massive queue outside cos they are to busy gassing in back and then Karen has got a shitty attitude towards customers, Defo won’t be using anymore
