I had an awful harrowing experience with this company, no accountability, poor communication, I was treated very badly by them, and a sensitive matter was handled poorly. We had to involve legal ombudsman to settle our disbute with them because we werer ignored and then every chasing email we sent them, they asked us to pay for. There is no accountability or oversight, and no justice. If you can avoid this company I recommend you try.

I wish I’d read the reviews before engaging the services of Stephen & Sons. They’re not the most professional and I’d feel uncomfortable recommending them to anyone. The job did get done eventually, but I feel it was handled without care of sensitivity at times. It was also protracted unnecessarily with delayed replies and having to chase call backs. Deborah was polite - unlike other staff members.
