No idea if this service is any good as never managed to book an appointment. I did how ever get a number of rude snotty emails when I attempted to book appointment, never managed to get through on the phone as both numbers ring out . But I was very abruptly told emails would not be answered and I should call the number. On a plus side saved myself some money as the soon to be ex wife book and used a different mediation service

Disappointing service - particularly admin wise. Mediator was clear and helpful. Can't help wondering if a solicitor might have offered a better, more efficient service. I would not recommend Stepping Stones on the basis of my experience.
