I just wanted to say thankyou for what you did for us in March, sorry havent written this sooner. I had put in an offer on a house and needed an expert to get in there quickly to confirm what the property needed before I put my money where my mouth is, on a tight deadline. I have some quotes from bigger companies that couldn't get there for 1-3 weeks, and a further 1 -2 weeks to return the report you pay for, I just didnt have that kind of time or I would have lost the sale/mortgage. A friend gave us Steve's contact as he is local to the area. He picked up the phone straight away, beat the competitors price and the survey was complete and back with me within 72 hours of the enquiry. THANKYOU for squeezing us in to help give me the confidence I needed to secure the house in time. After a long time of searching we are now living here and can't imagine it not working out. We haven't had any nasty surprises thanks to having Steve's honest and thorough report in hand. He couldn't have done more to help us if he tried, including answering all the questions clearly , and being upfront and competitive with the costs. Great customer service, keep it up.
