Steve is an amazing counsellor and all round great guy. I would like to thank Steve for all his help and support. Since working with Steve my life has been totally transformed. I am a completely new person compared to how I was before and it’s all thanks to Steve’s wonderful guidance. Before I started my counselling journey I was very apprehensive and unsure what to expect. Steve immediately put me at ease and I felt relaxed and comfortable. His expertise as a counsellor was evident right away and his non judgemental approach allowed me to open up to him. I honestly can’t recommend Steve highly enough. He is very professional and patient with a lovely, caring and warm manner. If you are thinking about counselling, give him a call. He truly works wonders!! Before I started my sessions with Steve, I had little to no control over my thoughts. If I wasn't living in autopilot, I'd be allowing myself to get caught in the trap of 'distorted thinking'. Only until I had started to see Steve did I realise just how bad I was. Thanks to Steve, I feel like a different person now! Thanks again, I'm extremely grateful!

I did telephone counselling sessions with Steve last year to help me cope with chronic pain and illness. He is incredibly friendly, empathetic, and had the ability to build a great rapport with me. The fact that he has dealt with chronic pain and long-term illness himself meant that he understood exactly what I was talking about. I liked that he drew from his own experiences and was able to offer insights that have helped him on his own journey. We even had a few laughs too. Thank you for helping me get through a difficult experience and feel grateful that it happened.

Steve is just an amazing Counsellor. So warm and friendly!!! He made me feel completely at ease, right from the very start. I am a nervous sort of person. So trust is an issue for me!! He eased my anxiety immediately! It just felt so right sharing with Steve! I can say life has changed dramatically due to meeting him. He is just so warm hearted and easy to relate to! I found him very knowlegdable in his approach to me too. I eventually developed complete trust in him! He never told me what to do, in fact it was a life changing event, that just happened without me noticing it at first. I am now able to feel happy once again. The most important thing is, I know how to stop thinking the way I did! I'm a lot more aware of how my thinking influences my whole life now. Thank you Steve, from the bottom of my heart. Go Well!
