Tried calling waited over 6 hours on and off phone all day and not one pick up during this time or please leave a message for a call back.. not great so far getting to speak to anyone, i get people are busy but surley you hear the phones ringing... 🙁
1 star is too much for the trying to speak to anyone situation

I found them very helpful with my problem i had ask a friend of Eddie Wood north east garage doors if he would give me a price to fit a rear door as i was getting to old to do this kind of work im 81 and he came and looked at it and latter text me price of £2400 and needed a 50 percent deposited and fitted within 4 to 6 weeks of order we had given him £1200 deposit we waited about 8 weeks so text him asking what day in march was he coming so we could get his money out of the bank ready for him he never replied to my text and after a week i went and saw the Citizen Advice and spoke to i believe a manger he said you can get ypour money back because they have not delivered the goods you paid for and i showed him all the text messages i had printed of and he said he will get someone to ring me in about 2 weeks this morning he rang , i told him the door and frame and sidelight and top light had been fitted he said thats good i told him i had put a bad review on there page north east garage doors saying they had not fitted the door and so on and Eddy Wood had rung me saying he was comming to morrow and could i remove the bad review i had wrote about his company also saying he had tried to ring me but kept going into my voice messge which was a lie and he had tried to get the office to ring which also was a lie due the help i was offered by Stockton Citizens Advice knowing i would get help from them in every way to resolve my problem with North East Garage Doors they deserve more than 5 stars more like a sky full of stars for being there for me and my family

Always helpful if they have the experience. The day the citizens advice bureau is no longer there the government and businesses in general will have free reign to rip people off at will.

Went twice. Once with appointment and once as drop in. Waited 2.5 hours in the drop in session to be told to book an appointment to fill out the forms. Booked appointment that took weeks to get and then was rearranged on the day. As a result, appointment was cut short and forms were not completed even after 2hour appointment. Turns out I could have filled them in myself and I would have been fine. In hindsight, I have learnt a lesson, but not all situations are like mine. The staff are very helpful and genuine and will be honest. More suited to people who need the additional support and confidence in dealing with simple legal matters. If dropping in, get there first thing or last thing or be there all day.
