The staff are rude impatient and lack basic customer service skills.

don't bother going here if you're under the age of 60. the staff are so incredibly rude and will blame you for minor mistakes even though YOU are the customer. i've never left a google review however my experience today made me want to warn others of the fact that you will be shamed and embarrassed by the staff, especially the woman. This was because I took a while writing an address on a bag - imagine how someone with a non-visible disability would feel... appalling, avoid.

Had very friendly and professional service received by Rita this morning. Opening at 8am is very helpful when rest of the post offices in town are still closed till 9am. Will surely visit them again.

Super friendly owners. They have been amazing through Covid and the lockdowns. Brilliant for organising forex for when we could travel. Sending parcels , taking delivery of parcels. Fab little shop to grab treats , milk , cards etc
