Kathryn welcomed us to her lovely home, with tea and home made cake on arrival. The room was so comfortable and the breakfast exceptional in the delightful dining room. Every part of this gorgeous home is beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. This is truly the perfect B&B and it was a real treat to stay there. We would highly recommend to anyone. We spent a few days at this gorgeous Bed and Breakfast in Budleigh Salterton. The house is absolutely beautiful and our room was large and extremely comfortable with lots of storage and wardrobe space. It overlooked a magnificent and well attended garden. There was a lovely tea tray with teapot for our use and cups and saucers. it was very elegant. Our hosts were lovely people and I must say, the breakfast was to "die for." Beautiful breakfast room with large table and an assortment of home made conserves which were delicious. Kathryn our host suggested some lovely places for us to visit during our stay which was most helpful. Nothing was too much for our hosts. We also had the use of a large and comfortable conservatory as well as a lovely lounge. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Stoneborough B & B and we have booked again for next year and it can't come quick enough!

One of the best B&Bs I have stayed at. Friendly and helpful host. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. The place was spotless and cosy with access to the conservatory and lounge. The room was spacious and stocked with cake and biscuits every day. I cannot fault this place.

If you have been looking for the perfect B&B, you have found it here. We travel a fair amount and are pretty fussy, but all I can do is say how terrific everything about Stoneborough house is. ||The property is gorgeous and meticulously maintained, and the rooms match this in style and comfort. I have never had a better breakfast in a B&B, including the ability to customize it in a wide variety of ways.||Kathryn and George are amiable and caring hosts who take exceptional care of their guests. We had a wonderful several days at Stoneborough House and recommend it with enormous enthusiasm.

What a truly lovely host and location. Stoneborough house and it’s rooms were immaculate and Budleigh Salterton is a very well kept secret if you’re of a certain age.||We only stayed for one night as part of our “South Coast Staycation” trip and wished that we’d stayed a lot longer ?.||Katheryn (and her partner) were so accommodating and welcoming and it says something when you meet other guests at the breakfast table and are immediately engaged in interesting conversations (even if English isn’t their first language!). Everyone was at ease and well rested and in no small part due to the very welcoming accommodation and hosts. Nothing was too much hassle, from the offer of a “taxi type ride” to Exmouth (by Katherine) to the speciality tea desired by the other (Swiss) guests.||We will definitely be booking to come back again. x

We cannot fault this wonderful B&B. We stay here regularly and it is the highlight of our visits to Devon. Nothing is too much trouble to ensure a hassle-free and enjoyable stay. The only problem is that we can never stay longer! The best B&B we have ever stayed at without question.
