The staff are lovely, but the opening times are only 9-5.30 weekdays and 9-2 on weekends.
I've updated and submitted a picture as proof, but it says the business updated the opening times (to the WRONG ones) just 10 weeks ago - it's been the times I've put for a lot longer than that!!

Staff fab, but why on earth advertise opening hours from over ten years ago, post office website says their open till 8pm 🙄. Talk about completely giving up post PO Scandal.

Staff are efficient and friendly, good service.

Whether you are requesting delivery of a parcel or sending off documents for a new passport, the post office staff are willing to help. Friendly and well informed, they will guide you in order to reach positive outcomes. They will give good advice on postage options among other things and will help you as quickly and effectively as they can. Wait times are variable but staff are willing to help right up to clock in times and won't slam the shutters in your face if you get there last minute.
The post office itself is located inside a co-op and so shares it's free car parking lots and street parking. The lots themselves can overfill on busy days.

Very hit and miss. Some staff are polite, friendly and good at their job, the one who served me today, not so much. They need to update the opening times displayed on their website as this information is ridiculously incorrect.

Went to renew driving licence. Went to erxchange a ten pound note for 2 five pounds notes so I could use photo machine to renew my driving licence at no point did she said we take the photo here. I wasted £6 because she couldnt be bothered to question it or think and then she suggested I get a refund from the photo machine company. Why would I want money back from them. its her error. Complaint Raised with head office! Make sure you ask them as they obviously dont have a clue in there.
