Charlie, Nick and team are superb at what they do, but the difference to me is that it's evident that they actually care about you. It's not just a job to pay the bills to them. Nick helped me out with a role he knew about, that wasn't even on his books, so he got nothing out of it other than to help a fellow human, such is the measure of him as a person.

Mark Darlington has been an impeccable recruiter from start to finish. I have approached a lot of recruiters in the past few months who have given me roles I am unsuited for (despite initial calls about my experience/needs) and/or who have been unwilling to engage in helping me.
