Like most people, I would hope to get through my life without having to resort to legal services. However after a vehicle I bought developed a critical fault I was left between the disfunctional dealership and manufacturer with whom the vehicle was under warranty, where both seemed unable or unwilling to repair the vehicle.

Philip spent plenty of time on the zoom call explaining my rights under the law and whose responsibility it was to resolve. He wrote a letter for me to send with the appropriate legalese and most crucially he identified the contact details of those in the organization I needed to send it to, to get the best effect. He had also intended to support a follow up discussion within the initial fee if it had been required. After 4 months of going nowhere, within a week of me sending this letter the dealership had given me my money back as I had requested, just wish I had gone down this route sooner.

Cannot fault, to date, support that myself and my son have had from both Phillip and Antonia at Stormcatcher’s.

I came across them by chance when trying to find help and advice as to how to deal with a finance company and car dealership both of whom are refusing to accept liability for longstanding issues my son has had with his car.

From day 1 both were extremely helpful and approachable. Phillip is a mine of information when it comes to such issues and is extremely patient when explaining this to people such as myself with limited knowledge of all things to do with car engines/mechanics etc! He very quickly was able to identify the issues and guide us as what approach was needed when dealing with the finance company and dealership.

They are obviously very busy supporting lots of people who find themselves in the same position as we have.
