Terrible experience, I went in today because I wanted to move cash onto my card which I have done at other post offices so I assumed I could here too. I asked the lady at the till who was the only one around if I could move cash onto my card and she was acting like I was saying something completely insane and I had to repeat myself several times. Then she just said no and laughed, like if you don't offer the service at this branch just say sorry we don't do that here or something but the way she answered was completely rude to me and there were 2 ppl behind me in the queue and I just felt embarrassed. Horrible customer service please just be nicer to people, never coming here again.

What's the point in paying for a specific service, when you don't get that service. Paid for next day, to be informed itl be two days after that, if I had wanted that, I would if paid for that service. Then to be told by staff, you'll have to speak to the sorting office, it's their issue.

Went to set up redirected letters to this post office. Was told they didn't do it, despite being a main town post office, despite being told by another post office to go there. Its seems post offices can simply pick and choose services they can be bothered do nowerdays. Ok if you want a stamp anything else probably isn't offered, just an Amazon hub. Run your businesses properly or go out of business.

Arrogant and incompetent service on 2 separate visits.

Disgusting counter service. Just days before Christmas & there's a queue - no surprises there, then. What happened next was surprising: the woman behind the counter was serving when her mobile rang. She stopped serving the customer (mid transaction) to have a conversation on her 'phone. Came back & told everyone that a delivery had been made to her house, which was not what she wanted & had annoyed her. (A lot more details with which I shan't bore you). Finished serving that customer, then said to the queue "Sorry, I'm not serving now" and went back to her 'phone, to ring.... courier, sender, who knows, to complain about THEIR service. While customers just had to stand and wait. (Oh the irony!). I did not wait to hear the outcome. Perhaps I shouldn't judge a book by it's cover, but the woman's behaviour matched her dress code, which did not project a professional image. This is not the first time I've come across very poor service and attitude in this Post Office and from now on I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Good old fashioned Post Masters must be spinning in their graves.

Tried to get a hold of the branch to see if they provide a service I could use right now. I couldn't get through to the branch directly and the automated 0345 number is useless. I have definitely been stung before where the website says they're open/provide a service and then when I turn up they are closed or the service is only available some other time. Pretty poor quality in my opinion, they need to sort out their information.

Very poor, claim they do not offer a service yet it states online that it does, then sends me to another shop the other side of town that hasn't got any connection to Royal Mail at all.
