I highly recommend Structura Building Surveyors. Buying your first home can be a very daunting experience which can make it difficult to choose a surveyor suitable for your needs. Fortunately, we were introduced to Terry who was very patient and addressed all of our concerns and worries. He explained all aspects of the survey as they were being carried out to reassure us and provided the final report only a week later. He even came for a follow up survey eventhough we told him it wasn't necessary. We would be happy to use their services in the future should the need arise and recommend them to other house buyers.
