We previously received HR guidance through a company providing what essentially amounted to a remote telephone/email advice service, including template letters, an annual audit, and an insurance policy covering both them and us.

Whilst they were diligent in providing that service, it just did not work for us. HR is such a specialist field and not one in which you can easily DIY with agressively corporately worded templates and remote advice.

The difference with Rachel is night and day, in that there is direct involvement or rather the management of sensitive and difficult matters, and you know as an employer that you are doing the right things in the right manner, which is how it should be.

There is also a focus on business improvement, it's not just a reactive 'problems' based service.

I think that involving Rachel in our business is one of the best decisions I've made. If you're challenged with HR matters, I just wouldn't look any further.
