When I first met Beaulieu, I was struggling with chronic anxiety, which severely affected my sleep. I would wake up more than seven times a night, completely exhausted. Terrifying nightmares led to panic attacks that felt overwhelming and out of control.

Beaulieu not only helped me understand what was happening but also patiently explained why it was occurring. She guided me in implementing simple yet highly effective steps to prevent these episodes. Now, I sleep through the night most of the time, and even if I do wake up, I no longer experience panic attacks. I feel much calmer and can manage my emotions effectively.

Honestly, this has been life-changing. I went from a place of despair to feeling happier and more in control of both my sleep and emotions. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Thank you, Beaulieu, for everything you have done for me!
