Spencer carried out a Level 2 Homebuyers Survey on a property we are hoping to purchase. He promptly responded to my initial email enquiry and once instructed arranged the survey in a reasonable time frame. He was happy to take note of specific concerns which I had prior to the survey taking place, all of which he addressed in his final written report. The report itself was quickly produced. Although detailed it was easily understandable and supported with good quality photos emphasising points raised. He was also happy to discuss the survey afterwards addressing any concerns I had which was informative and reassuring.
This was a thoroughly professional survey which was able to provide the peace of mind needed when buying our property.

I contacted the company and received a reply from Spencer very quickly who made sure to explain to me the differences between a level 2 and 3 survey and what we would realistically require.

He organised a time and date with the different parties for when the survey could be carried out, and kept us updated throughout.

The survey was very detailed and easy enough to understand, and he made sure to tell us we could contact him if we needed anything going over, which we did. Spencer was very knowledgeable and made it easy to understand what were the things we needed to look into a bit further and the next steps for us.

I also found it great that they provide the general layout of a house and what is what, with what we need to do in order to maintain the property going forward.
