Excellent from start to finish. The automated online admin side of things is convenient, but it was easy to get hold of someone on the phone to query things. We had a very tight timeline which they went the extra mile to accommodate. The Level 3 building survey was carried out when promised and the report delivered super quickly. We were really happy with the thoroughness of the survey and it enabled us to go ahead with the house purchase with eyes wide open - and a detailed to-do list of remedial work to start as soon as we get the keys!

Sussex Surveyors carried out a roof defect inspection for me using their drone. For the service provided the cost was very competitive. I was able to watch the drone inspection at first hand, discuss which areas to prioritise and inspect in more detail, and hear and discuss the surveyors initial verbal observations. The report was produced very quickly and provided some pragmatic suggestions for the way forward. Sussex Surveyors were also able to recommend a local roofing company who could do remedial work.
