I have been using and working on a commissioned service basis with the Senior Team at SWIFT for just over 18 months. Their role was to supply a Director of Nursing consultant to overcome issues with Regulatory Compliance as well as general Clinical Management skills, Clinical compliance and oversight with advice to the Board of Directors.
The level of experience and foresight received has been amazing, with solid and reliable advice being provided to overcome a wide range of complex clinical situations as well as general Care Sector Management .
Their input has been both invaluable and greatly received. The range of people skills and overall management awareness has led to the avoidance of further compliance issues and my whole team has benefitted from their detailed experience base and advice.

We will continue to work with SWIFT into the future - already having commissioned staff training and development activity for the New Year ahead.
I am personally and particularly impressed with the consideration and forward thinking which is a part of all of the advice and solutions which they offer.
