We have been working with Switch for about 8 years now and their service has never wavered. They absolutely go over and above, keep everything right for us and are a great source of advice. As well as doing our VAT, payroll, management accounts, corporation tax, pensions and self assessment they regularly come to see us just to help us make our business run more smoothly. They are also very reasonably priced. I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

if you are looking for a tax consultant, DO NOT USE THIS ONE, THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL TO PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS,
i telephoned at 10 am on thursday 30th april seeking to set up an account to assist me with personal taxes also advise on my situation as a landlord presently renting out my late wifes house.
the receptionist tried two extension numbers without a response and told me no one was available. someone would call me later in the morning.
i called again at 12.30pm and the same thing happened except that the call was cut off.i rang back and was told that someone would call me before 3pm that day.x
no one did so and i am still waiting for the reply.
i wonder if i had been an existing client; would i have to wait so long for a call back?
this is so unprofessional and shows a lack of consideration and respect for prospective clients
avoid these knuckledraggers.
